Easy Yoghurt Cheesecake

I love easy n quick deserts especially when I have unexpected guests or I have been busy cooking and need a desert
This one is so quick n easy and delicious 😋

Ingredients:

100g melted butter
1 packet (250g) plain biscuits, crushed
500g plain unsweetened yoghurt
1 tin 390g condensed milk

Method:
• Grease a 20 cm microwaveable round dish.
• Add biscuits to the melted butter and mix together.
• Press into the prepared dish.
• Mix the yoghurt and condensed milk in a bowl, then pour over the biscuit base.
• Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
• Cool, then store in the fridge.

• I will serve this with frozen berries that I sprinkle lightly sprinkle lightly with castor sugar and a little boiling water . See below

1 cup frozen mixed berries or frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon caster sugar
2 teaspoon boiling water .

Pour Berry mixture over cooled cheesecake
