Easy Rice and Vegetables

This is a very easy , Quick and tasty meal.
1. Add all ingredients to a pan. Make sure the stock has covered the rice. Stock should be around 3cm above rice
2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to very low and simmer for 30 minutes with lid on tightly
3. Cook until rice is soft and stock has mostly evaporated.
4. Fluff up with a fork. And serve.
Eat as a main or a side dish
Note;
Use any frozen vegetables

- 2 cups long grain rice
- Small packet frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt n pepper
