Easy Mango and Passionfruit Trifles

I love making individual deserts in single glasses.

This recipe I do when I have too many mangoes 🥭 or mangoes are cheap. It consist of two of my favourite fruits ( I love plums and cherries too)
It always impresses family n friends

Prep time : 10
Serves 4 min

Ingredients:

300 mls thickened cream
250mls thick vanilla custard
125g white chocolate macadamia biscuits broken
2 mangoes peeled n sliced
Pulp of 1 passionfruit

Method

1. In a large bowl fold the cream and custard together

2. Spoon half the mixture into 4 x 1 cup glasses . Top with half the biscuit pieces, then half the mango.
Repeat layers

3. Top with passionfruit pulp and place in refrigerator until ready to serve . At least 15 minutes before serving but can be made hours before.

As an aside, we tried Zia's kitchen on Wednesday from your recommendation. How nice it was! The chocolate and Nutella milkshake was something else. We are certainly going back!

You must live in my area !! My daughter worked in that Cafe for years. Now she is a PE teacher plus a personal trainer at a nearby gym

There is a corner shop not far from Zia's on the corner of Remly St and Leslie St ROSELANDS they have really good mangoes atm for around $2.50 each he has the best fruit and vegetables

We live in Moorebank but shop at Roselands often as there is always easy parking and not much traffic down the M5. Can be there in 20 minutes. Beats traffic and congestion in Liverpool and parking is horrendous.

My daughter lives in Casula and shops often at Roselands. I live in Roselands. Yeh takes me 15 minutes to get to Casula using the M5

We often go to flower power at Moorebank
