Easy Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes , cut either into small pieces or wedges I do both
- 2 thinly sliced cucumbers ( I use Lebanese)
- 1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, optional
- 100g pitted black olives ( I use kalamatta)
- 150g feta cheese cut into small cubes ( I use lemnos brand)
Directions
- Place tomatoes, cucumbers onion and 3/4 of the olives in a large bowl.
- Drizzle oil over salad; toss to coat. Top with remaining olives , fetta cheese and sprinkle oregano on top
