Creamy Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
250g of pasta shells or spirals
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
310 g corn kernel
1/2 red capsicum chopped
1 carrot grated
1 stick of celery chopped
3 heaped tablespoons of sour cream
3/4 of a jar of mayonnaise
Method:
1) bring a pan of water to boil add pasta and cook until just soft 10 - 15 min then drain and add to bowl
2) combine pasta, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capsicum, corn, carrot and sour cream and toss gently
