There was a lady asking for recipes for one person.
I'm going to post a few recipes for her and anyone else who would like these.
If you want more then double
Personally if I lived by myself I would make 2 servings and either have the other one, in a day or two or freeze it.

Ingredients
- 225 g beef stir-fry strips
- 250 g Hokkien noodle
- 1 carrot sliced
- 7 florets of broccoli cut in half
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 75 g frozen or can corn
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method
- Add olive oil to a non stick fry-pan and stir fry the vegetables on medium heat.
- When the vegetables are nearly cooked, add beef with half the soy sauce and mix until the meat is cooked through.
- Prepare Hokkien noodles as per packet instructions and add to pan with remaining soy sauce and stir in.
- Serve once all combined and noodles are heated through.
Notes
You can add other vegetables ect zucchini, cabbage ,cauliflower. I've kept the recipe simple and easy
