Do you still have some items that were passed onto you by your parents?

Hi, members! While I was doing a thorough cleaning of our family home last weekend, I stumbled across my late grandfather's cassette tapes and player. Although it made me a little sad, as I miss him dearly every day since he passed, it also reminded me of the good ol' days when he'd randomly sing his favourite song at the top of his lungs while playing them on full blast. He loved music a lot and is one of the main reasons why I became so passionate about it too.

It also made me wonder... Do YOU still have some items that were passed onto you by your parents?

Hi there, I got an old mitre saw set up from my dad after he passed away. I have wanted one of those for years but never bought one. My mother passed away during Covid so I was not able to attend her funeral but my brother send me her grandfather clock. I cherish both.

Wow, was there any reason in particular you received these items @Richard12 (i.e. you're great at crafting so you got the saw or you've always been impressed with your mum's clock)?

Handwritten! That's honestly so amazing, @Macarj. What was the first recipe you ever remember learning from her?
