Do you have a hobby that you share with a loved one?​

G'day, everyone!

As someone with a thousand hobbies, I visited a scale model show with my friends over the weekend. I am fairly new to the hobby, and it was a great experience.

I saw a lot of amazing works from other hobbyists and professionals—from miniature figures, 3D-printed landscapes, and we even joined a painting workshop.

While the creative aspect is interesting on its own, I also love seeing people from all ages enjoying a common hobby, especially grandparents sharing their love for scale models with their grand kids.

My grandmother taught me to knit, crochet and sew when I was 4 years old. I'm now 67 and my 28 year old granddaughter now crocheting and my daughter always sewed costumes for her children for school events. I also have 2 grandchildren in choir and I belonged to both school and church choirs.
