If, as you say, everybody is going to buy heaps of stuff they don't normally buy when they go to buy this cheese, sounds like a pretty good marketing gimmick to me. Pretty silly statement.

I buy grated mozzarella and simply mix in caramelised onion relish. Plus I can eat either by itself, put more mozza on an Aldi pizza, mix the relish with aioli for a delish dip for chips or sauce for snags etc etc.
