I made that one last year ,plus 3 other ones that were printed and preferred the ginger beer one. Which I will be making again this year. I found mixing the condensed milk one was too hard to stir.

No one in my family likes fruit cakes, but they do love Woollies's carrot cake for $30 a lot. Its a huge huge cake.
