DINNER FOR HUBBY

I got a bit inventive as I planned a meal for my Hubby. Chicken satay sticks using cashews instead of peanuts, bacon bowls containing crispy chicken, shredded carrot and cucumber, shallots, pickled ginger, parmesan cheese and a honey lime dressing made of fresh lime juice, honey, finely chopped chilli and ginger and lime rind all heated and thickened slightly with corn flour....pastry bowl with garlic fried calamari in a lemon, garlic and parmesan cream sauce and topped with shredded cucumber....
Was amazingly delicious 😋20230624_183304.jpg
