Craving for some seafood? How about trying out this recipe for some delicious lobster tails? Lobster Tails are a popular seafood dish that is often served in restaurants. But did you know that you can easily make this dish at home? All you need is fresh lobster tails, butter, garlic, and seasoning. This dish is best served with some rice or potatoes on the side.

Ingredients:

4 Lobster tails
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary, minced
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to grill on high.

2. Prepare the lobster. Start by cutting through the top of the shell with cutting shears. Then, use your fingers to carefully loosen the meat from the shell, being careful not to tear it. Once the meat is loosened, pull the lobster meat upward. Season with salt and pepper and set on a baking sheet.

3. Mix the melted butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread the butter mixture over the top of each lobster tail.

4. Grill the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Serve the lobster tails with a dipping sauce such as a lemon aioli or garlic butter sauce.

There are a few ways to make this dish extra special. Try serving it with a simple salad and a lemon wedge or roasted potatoes and a glass of white wine. You can also garnish the dish with lemon wedges and grilled lemon halves. For a more flavourful dish, you can add other seasonings to the butter mixture, such as Old Bay seasoning and cayenne pepper.
