Delicious Grilled Lobster Tails

Craving for some seafood? How about trying out this recipe for some delicious lobster tails? Lobster Tails are a popular seafood dish that is often served in restaurants. Ingredients:
4 Lobster tails
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary, minced
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to grill on high.
2. Prepare the lobster. Start by cutting through the top of the shell with cutting shears. Then, use your fingers to carefully loosen the meat from the shell, being careful not to tear it. Once the meat is loosened, pull the lobster meat upward. Season with salt and pepper and set on a baking sheet.
3. Mix the melted butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread the butter mixture over the top of each lobster tail.
4. Grill the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Serve the lobster tails with a dipping sauce such as a lemon aioli or garlic butter sauce.
