Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts in butter until browned on both sides.
3. Add wine, cream, and bacon to the skillet, and bring to a simmer.
4. Add peas to the skillet, and cook until all ingredients are cooked through.
5. Transfer the contents of the skillet to a baking dish, and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve with a side of rice or potatoes.
Make this dish extra special by adding a teaspoon of garlic powder to the sauce for extra flavour. Try using a different type of wine, such as red wine, for a different kick. Top the dish with shredded cheese before serving. The dish is often served with a side of rice or potatoes.
