Yep. My mum always seemed to have a packet of this in her pantry. Although a lot of people don’t like it, I have to admit I didn’t mind it at all when I was a kid.

When l worked at KFC in Pennant Hills years ago they used dried potato and l suppose all these places still do.l can't imagine them peeling and boiling potatoes can you? l thought it pretty tasteless

Bring 500g Sausages slowly to boil,cool& remove skins.
Make a paste with Custard Pwd & water,Coat sausages,then roll in Deb potato flakes.Fry in pan.I was a long time trying this,but found it to be very popular
