David ‘Kochie’ Koch’s shocking remark to co-host Natalie Barr. Find out what he said!

Watching our favourite morning TV shows, it's not uncommon to wonder if the friendly banter and joyful interactions between the hosts are genuine or simply a façade for the cameras.

If you've ever caught an episode of Channel 7's Sunrise, you've probably experienced the undeniable on-air chemistry between hosts David 'Kochie' Koch and Natalie Barr.

However, sometimes things can take a sudden turn - even for seasoned hosts such as Kochie and Nat - and we at Seniors Discount Club recently got wind of one such incident as Kochie took a lighthearted jab at his co-host.

While discussing the recent shake-up at the British morning programme, This Morning, which saw long-time host Phillip Schofield exit the show amid rumours of a fallout with fellow presenter Holly Willoughby; the Sunrise team took the opportunity to engage in their own round of commentary.

As UK correspondent Steve Hargrave filled Kochie and Nat in on the details behind Schofield's departure - which was apparently brought on by tension resulting from Phil's brother standing trial for sexual offences against a teenage boy - the conversation took an unexpected turn.

'In jobs like that, you can allegedly annoy each other from time to time. Can't you?' Kochie remarked, raising eyebrows and eliciting laughter from the rest of the panel as he subtly took a swipe at Natalie.

Seizing the moment, Steve chimed in and playfully asked: 'Do you want to talk about this?', only to be met with an uproarious response from Natalie, who burst into laughter.

Ever the inquisitive host, Kochie further probed Natalie, asking, 'Have you been holding any secrets from me?'

Choosing to keep the banter alive, Natalie jokingly replied: 'Not any big ones, just the little ones. Obviously, people would annoy each other over many years.'

I think Kochie and Nat work well together.
To be honest I think the whole team works well together.
I've seen Nat in an interview and she had said they are like a second family.
