Cutting your own toenails​

I'm only guessing that this thread belongs in the Health and Wellness Forum. A couple of decades ago I found cutting my own toenails was becoming more and more difficult with various toenail clippers. I could not get enough power into them to successfully do a decent job. I was in the garage one day cutting some wire using 'side cutters' and it dawned on me. So I have been using jewellery making side cutters for decades and they work a treat. Pick them up at your local 'cheap shop' for about 5 dollars and they will last decades. They are strong and easy to manouvre and use. I have included a photo if your not sure what I'm talking about.

Hi Sethia. The only difference I can figure out is: you can get more leaverage with the side cutters due to the thicker grip on the handles. Therefore easier cutting and less stress on your hands. Ability to manipulate the clippers and cutters are exactly the same, or even easier with the side cutters.
