Rather than investing a $100 on a new hair iron, customers are turning to Kmart’s $4 heatless, hair roller that includes: a pink soft satin curling headband, two scrunchies, and a claw clip. It’s the alternative your hair follicles have been waiting for!
Islah Palmer better known under the username ‘Kmart Fever’ on Instagram, shared her excitement over trying the beauty gadget out in a video.
In the now-trending clip, Islah raved about the final result and awoke with curls in her hair which, according to her, lasted the entire day.
“My hair looked really, really good; it's like a literal salon blow dry and it was minimal effort.” she said.
To attain photo-ready curls, position the satin ribbon on the top of your head with both ends pointing down along the side of your face (creating a ‘U’ shape) and clip in place. Then, section the hair and twirl it around the ribbon. Follow this with tying both ends using the scrunchies.
If you fancy tighter curls, tie the hair around the ribbon tightly and leave for a couple of hours before removing.
Islah’s video has gained more than 25,000 views and several users praised the end result.
