CTP saving
Just received my CTP renewal. I noticed that the garage address was still listed as my previous address. The CTP companies get their information directly from Service NSW and cannot be changed manually. My Service NSW address was updated 2 years ago. When I rang NRMA they said they had received the address update 2 years ago but did not update their records, a glitch in their system??? I now live in regional NSW and when they finally updated the address after much toing and froing the premium went from $556 to $428, a significant reduction.
