Creamy Mushroom chicken

This is what you can achieve with some meat, a packet of gravy mix and a tin of creamy
soup.
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 2-5 hours

Ingredients:

700g boneless, skinless chicken thighs
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 sachet (24g) chicken gravy mix
2 cups sliced mushrooms
½ cup sour cream

Method:

• Season the chicken with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
• Place the soup and gravy mix into the slow cooker and whisk until smooth.
• Add the chicken and mushrooms and give everything a good stir.
• Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
• Just before serving, stir in the sour cream.

NOTES

If you don't have a slow cooker then just slow cook on the stove top. Once boiling point is reached then simmer on low with lid on for 3 hours
