8. Cook in a preheated oven 170°C or 150°C fan-forcedfor around 45 minutes.

Notes.
1. For those who font like pumkin substitute for sweet potato or just use Potato in which then add another 2 potatoes 🥔

2. You can really add any other vegetables of choice the same as you can leave out vegetables. I hate mushrooms and when I'm eating this I Ieave them out, my family love the mushrooms added. I love peas but family hate peas added 😔

She was joking ! You are better off not stirring the pot.
What you are obviously very ignorant if you think Irish/British/Scots are much the same - NO THEY ARE NOT.
Care to articulate your point? Or should I consider it a moot point? You do understand that we were talking about recipes - not ethnicity?
Associating Shepherd’s Pie/Cottage Pie recipes with the UK (generally speaking, Irish, British and Scottish as they all have versions of this recipe)- is that really a cause to be called ignorant? It’s meat and potatoes and whatever might be in the pantry - and I do not give a royal toss where it originated - you can put a crown on it if you want but it is still peasant food.
Do you want to give me a history lesson or just make a questionable comment? Do you consider yourself a wealth of all knowledge? Perhaps you see yourself as a beacon of enlightenment - or did you just swan in to be a right royal goose … I think you should consider your lack of comprehension and put on the dunce hat!
In the words of Gandhi - “In spite of my love of the British people, I think that their imperialism has been their greatest crime against humanity.” (My words do not include ‘love’ but do include self-perceived superiority). Hope you comprehend.

try telling the Scots that they are English !!
"Virescit vulnere virtus" ... I have copped a bit of flack for this comment lol. The funny thing is, my English Grandfather married a Bonnie Lass from Scotland - and settled here. They seemed to get along well - he did what he was told, and she always had a hearty but thrifty hot meal on the table. Other than that, I am way back Aussie until English immigration - may or may not have been convicts lol - just a fun fact I thought I would share - while we are sharing and caring! LOL ... I am just an Aussie and I don’t care about using lamb or beef - Scottish or English - both grandmothers made it. This is a fine recipe either way. haha
