Cornjack my way, these are so easy and loverly

Babybird
2 cups sr flour
1 can corn
Half teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Tablespoon chopped parsley optional
Oil and butter to fry
1 onion chopped finely
Water to the consistency you want.
Mix all that together, by hand ( except for the butter and oil )

Put an equal amount of oil and butter in a frypan
Wait till hot then pour or use spoon or ladle to spoon it into the frypan usually 2 tablespoons turn over and over every couple min till the middle is cooked..
It should make 8 to 10 depending how thick or thin.

Lovely in roll Pitta or Lebanese bread or on its own with tomato onion mint salad with little oil salt. Yum so easy and tasty
