Coles supermarkets are now on my exclusion list.
I have bee adding up my Masterchef points for quite a while so I could get a saute pan . Every week during the promotion I noticed while doing my shopping there was none on the stand. I asked the girl at customer service if she could make sure when they came in she would put one aside before the promotion ended. She was very helpful and obliged. After waiting a month I asked again and they had already taken the stand down and no stock to redeem my points. I rang customer service and was told they had no more stock so bad luck basically. I waited till I accrued the 90 points I needed even buying more groceries to make up the points before the promotion finished and now they can't supply. I think it is very poor when you can't redeem something you have earned. Woolworths here I come ,I won't be going back to Coles.
