Another recipe too much sugar again , apart from the usual sugar , there is also sugar in the bisquick and the coconut .
It would be better to put on some healthy recipe’s , our population is already overweight and the elderly people are often already type 2 Diabetic .

Instead of complaining , be innovative and make compromises with ingredients, that don't sit well with your diet. I think Safeway is a Victorian chain store and not in all states. So the best thing the rest of us can do is Google for these ingredients substitutions.

Look up "Impossible Coconut Pie" on Google and you'll find that it's the same as Babybirds "Coconut Pie" recipe and it has all ingredients that can be bought in Australia and not have such as Bisquik which is American.

They can always ask if they can't google. But they feel better critizing, oh well
