Cinnamon Teacake

This maybe the very first cake I ever made 

Prep Time 15 min
Cook Time 30 min
Serves 10
Ingredients
60g butter softened
2/3 cup (150g) caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup (150g) self-raising flour
1/3 cup (80 mls) milk
15g butter melted, extra
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon caster sugar , extra
Method
1. Preheat oven 180C / 160°C fan-forced. Grease a deep 20cm round cake pan: line base with baking paper.
2. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs in a small bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in sifted flour and milk. Spread muxture into prepared pan.
3. Bake teacake around 30 minutes test with a cake pick if it comes out clean its ready. Stand in pan for 5 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack.
4. Brush extra melted butter on top of cake. Combine extra sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of cake
