Chocolate Cranberry Muffins

2 cups S/R flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used dark)
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
90 gr butter, melted
1/4 cup milk

Sift flour into a large bowl. Add sugar, cranberries and chocolate chips and stir.
Make a well in centre of the mixture.
Add sour cream, eggs, melted butter and milk and combine all together.
Mix lightly until just combined.

Spoon mixture evenly into a 12 hole muffin pan.
Bake at 160 degrees fan forced, or 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes, or until golden.

This is from my Family Circle recipe book.
