Chilli Prawns And Tomato Spaghetti

My sons and three daughters absolutely love this spaghetti and I want to share it with those who love chilli and prawns.
Serves 4

Cooking time 20 min

INGREDIENTS
350g spaghetti
8 medium tomatoes ripe , chopped
2 tbsps olive oil
1 tsp chilli paste if you like it more hot just add more or less
2 garlic cloves minced or thinly
sliced
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Pinch of Salt
Salt n pepper
300g uncooked prawns tail intact and deveined or frozen peeled prawns thawed
METHOD
1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil , add spaghetti and cook until just soft and drain . Keeping a cup of cooking water.
2. Meanwhile heat a saucepan over high heat. Add chopped tomatoes. Cover and reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Remove lid and add garlic,oil, chilli paste and vinegar to tomatoes
. Season with salt, pepper abd a pinch of sugar. Reduce heat to low abd simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
4. Add the deveined prawns to the tomato sauce and cook for 2m3 to 4 minutes until the prawns turn pink
Add the spaghetti and stir , then add the chopped parsley to the pan and toss to combine. Serve hot.
