Love this recipe @Suzanne rose!

By any chance, do you have any tips on how to get the gamey taste chicken meat sometimes has off?

I'm thinking maybe I just buy stale chicken, but I'm not much of a chef so I'm not sure 🤣

It might be not fresh . Have you tried washing the chicken under water than dry it with paper towel before cooking or cutting it

Just recently I discovered the Potato Burger Buns available from Woolies in a four pack, also the Brioche Buns with Sesame seeds from Aldi. Both are delish and add a further flavour to my burgers, I won't be going back to the plain buns any time soon. :)

We have been using both the milk buns and brioche buns the only thing I make the normal buns for hubby as both milk buns and brioche have a much higher sugar content. My kids will only have brioche or milk buns
