Cleaning up as you go is my method when cooking in the kitchen....it really is easy to do as you are not cleaning all the dirty kitchen items at one time after having eaten your beautiful culinary meal. It also leaves a bit more room in your kitchen space as you prepare and cook your meal. Cleanliness is next to Godliness alright. Enjoy your dinner tonight folks and have a great weekend. ;)
 
I already do most of this but for soaking dishes, I use hot water, a splash of dishwashing liquid and a splash of fabric conditioner. It gets off the most stubborn burnt on food from casserole dishes and pans and much quicker than just soaking in dishwashing liquid and water
