Ingredients
• 125 grams cream cheese - at room temperature - see Note 1
• 125 grams tasty cheese - grated
• 125 grams cheddar cheese - grated - see Note 2
• 3 tablespoon gherkin relish
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
Note 1 - I prefer to use Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
Note 2 - I prefer to use Kraft Cheddar in the blue box - at room temperature
Method
• 1 Combine the curry powder and paprika together and spread out on a plate.
• 2 Cream together all the cheeses with the gherkin relish
• 3 Roll into a ball. Then roll into the combined spices until well coated.
• 4 Wrap in cling wrap and place in refrigerator to chill well, until ready to serve.
When serving the cheese ball you want to use a sturdy cracker Ritz or Jatz.
If you intend to use a wafer like cracker, then have a cheese knife on the platter with the cheese ball.
