This is an easy chocolate cake desert ready in 8 minutes.

This serves one so just double the recipe for 2 ect .

Ingredients

4 tablespoons self-raising flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg beaten
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Method
1 . Combine the flour, sugar abd cocoa in a large mug

2 . Pour in egg,iil,milk and vanilla and stir to combine

3 . Mix through the chocolate chips.

4. Microwave for 3 minutes

Serve with cream or icecream, or enjoy by itself

My Grandmother used to say being just her she couldn't be bothered to cook for just one, my grandfather was in a nursing home.
So I used to take food to her nearly every day and some days enough for 2 days, or I would bring her to mine.
