Cadbury's latest offering is for the choc-and-jelly lovers!

We have some very exciting news for those of our members who have a sweet tooth!

A brand-new bar of chocolate has made its way to Australia, and it's already causing "ripples" among foodies on social media.

Introducing Cadbury's new Boysenberry Ripple chocolate block – a decadent sweet treat that is made by swirling dairy milk and creamy white chocolate together, and then filling the centre with boysenberry-flavoured jelly and vanilla-flavoured crème.

After making its debut in New Zealand, the Boysenberry Ripple block caused such a frenzy among fans overseas that it has since crossed the Ditch and arrived on our Aussie shores.

"Wow… Cadbury Australia has done a really good job here, guys!" said chef Nick Vavitis, who recorded himself trying the chocolate for the first time and shared a review with followers on his social media page.

"It reminds me exactly of… I can't even speak, it's so good!"

The renowned chef wrote in the caption of his photo on Instagram that the chocolate block is extremely delicious and that it reminds him of Whittakers Jelly tip chocolate, which is one of his personal favourites.

"The dream and milk chocolate is mixed well and there's a stronggggggg boysenberry taste which is mixed well with the vanilla creme. Super different and super yum!"

After that, he proceeded to give the chocolate an astounding 14 out of ten rating. He also seemed lost for words and too full of the sweet treat.

We can only guess that he opened a second block (or maybe even a third and fourth) after the camera stopped rolling…

The chocolate block was also reviewed by the @FoodFindsGeelong Instagram account, who commented that the product has a "good ratio of silky jelly to chocolate" and that they are happy it is now offered in Australia.

"We love Jelly Tip Whittakers and boysenberry ice cream so this is the perfect combination," said the people behind the food review account.

"Could always do with more vanilla creme and maybe a stronger boysenberry flavour but really well done and it's great to see a different flavour that hasn't been done," they added, then gave the sweet treat a perfect score of ten out of ten.

In the comments, hundreds of Aussies said they are excited to try the new offering themselves.

"Dear god… this looks so good," one person said in the comments, while another agreed and added, "I need this!" A third person in the conversation chimed in to say that they needed to add this new treat to their stock of snacks right away.

At the moment, the Cadbury Boysenberry Ripple bar can only be purchased from 7-Eleven locations.

Looks like we're heading there, folks! Guess we'll see you then?

Looks like Cadbury is trying to Americanize Australian tastebuds, shame on you Cadbury pushing unhealthy products here.

My first experience with boysenberries was in New Zealand. I was in Auckland for a day on the return leg of a ship cruise around Fiji and Samoa.
I went into a milkbar to buy an ice-cream.
They had boysenberry.....which we didn't have in Melbourne.
I was given 2 scoops, one above the other, for 10 cents. The ice-cream was incredibly creamy, and full of boysenberries.
I still remember the intense flavour, and the delight associated with that ice-cream.
I appeal to Cadbury to distribute this new chocolate flavour to supermarkets, not just
7-Eleven.....please.....

As a kid we grew boysenberries. I loved boysenberry ice cream, but now dairy intolerant, I have coconut ice cream and dark chocolate only. I just wish the companies making dark chocolate with high cacao and even excluding dairy, could do some more flavours like dairy milk offers.

Must admit l am a fan of boysonberry icecream & l would like to try the chocolate myself. But making this only available at 711? Wrong! Isn't this a bit like cutting off your nose to spite your face? If this product is so good Cadbury & you want to promote it better they need to be available at the big grocery stores too! Or don't they have enough supplies to cover these shops too?
