Butterscotch.​

Does anyone remember the Mastercraft Butterscotch, wrapped in silver paper, with the box featuring a cow. The ears were the capital M & the body spelt the rest of the brand name. Inside were ( I think) 3 wrapped bars of Butterscotch, & if you could leave them long enough, before eating, then the outside caramelised. I could never wait that long. I have enquired at lolly shops, but no one seems to remember them.

I don't remember the packaging, but I do remember the butterscotch. It was like a chocolate where you would break off a piece - and it was so delicious. Seeing this article brought the taste back. It would have to be about 60 years ago (Yikes!)

If you're remembering the taste after six decades, it must have been that good @52KID!
