Do you remember Bonaire cooling units? They were Aussies’ lifeline on a hot summer’s day in the ’80s and ’90s. Mums tirelessly refilled them with cold water and ice cubes, ensuring they churned out refreshing air while the kids watched TV. Do you still have one of these?

Yep, we had one in the 70"s, looks exactly the same as the one here. They were a bit humid but better than nothing in the scorching heat.
