I don't drink alcohol except on special occasions but one off my favourite drink is alcohol mixed with fruit eg vodka and orange, or vodka cruisers then we found this , which is an easy drink that is a really delicious drink to serve to friends

Ingredients​

• 2-3 medium/large white peaches (125 grams)
• 3/4 cup very cold Prosecco (200 ml) see notes

Instructions​

• Peel and cube the peaches, place in a blender and blend until you have a smooth puree. Then pass the puree through a sieve into a clean bowl. (At this point you can chill the puree for a couple of hours if you want).
• Pour a third of the puree into 3 medium sized flute glasses and fill to the rim with very cold Prosecco, stir to combine. Top with a peach slice if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

NOTE

Prosecco is a white sparkling wine available in all bottle shops , cost around $12 a bottle

Prosecco Raspberry Slushie​

A refreshing Slushie that is so easy to make. Using just a blender and a few ingredients, including fresh raspberries and your favourite Prosecco or sparking wine. The perfect hot weather or even special occasion drink.

Serves 5

Ingredients​

• 3 cups fresh raspberries or Strawberries or even a mix
• 2 cups ice
• 1/2 cup Prosecco
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 1/2 tablespoons honey (or more to taste)

Instructions​

• Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for approximately one minute. Remove the lid and with a wooden spoon check to make sure there are no chunks of ice, if there are blend again for 20 seconds. Serve immediately in champagne glasses or glasses of choice. Enjoy.
