Beetroot is probably the Healthiest thing in that burger... However,, everyone has tastes and preferences that vary and I love experimenting with food and some of the taste bud rewards have been sensational

I will not eat a burger without beetroot. Although I will eat it without the meat.

I love diced beetroot in a tuna salad .

I also make a beetroot salad using fresh beetroot including the green stems

That's why I give hubby a pile of paper towels. I tell him I'm going to buy him a bib for eating Burgers

We love beetroot and I have always enjoyed it on burgers and with salads. I was bought up with it and eat it regularly. Try tinned salmon with beetroot on a fresh roll, delicious.
