You never have to pay to use payID, it is just going to your bank account, that is ALWAYS someone just scamming! Surely people would know if they were wanting to receive $80 from someone, they would not have to put $500 into their 'own' account to receive it!!! Especially if you were just selling something on Marketplace for instance you would not have a business account anyway! I am sorry but people need to wake up and if it doesn't make sense.....don't do it!

Sounds SO legit!! NOT!! Also 80 +320 is not 500.

Just reading the script rings all kinds of alarm bells.
It is obviously something produced on a translating platform, and, is devoid of basic grammatical pauses and punctuation. There is not client name or ID. That alone is enough to tell you it is not legitimate. If there is a real problem, you will not get an email like this.
If you read it and it just goes on and on like that, keep away from it.
