BANK LOAN sounds plausible to me...but do this when you are young & you wont even do any time. Its a win, win all round.

Back when we had a mortgage when we bought our first house on coming to Australia it was set to be paid off in 17 years. We cut that by half by always paying off the instalment just before it was due. We found this cut down on the amount that was still owed as, if you paid at the time it was due they had already added the next months interest to the loam. By paying it a week before it was due, we paid before they added further interest to the loan.
