Banana Pancakes

120ml milk
110gr plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mash the banana until there are no lumps, then scoop it into a bowl.
Add the egg and milk. Mix well.
Then add the plain flour and baking powder gradually.
Stir until it forms a thick mixture.
The amount of pancakes the mixture makes, depends on what size you want. I make smaller sized pancakes, which turn out with a rustic appearance like my pic.
I often make a berry compote from frozen berries. They go well with pancakes. Cook frozen berries with a bit of vanilla extract in a saucepan - keep stirring until they become juicy and soft.
