“They're super delicious and you can dip them in whatever spread or sauce you wish… Melted Biscoff spread, Nutella, salted caramel sauce, or even pistachio sauce,”
The baker detailed that the recipe can provide you with a total of 24 chocolate chip bars and it only takes 25 minutes to accomplish.
Here are the ingredients you’ll need to get your hands on:
1. 225 grams of unsalted butter, softened
2. 150 grams of light brown sugar
3. 75 grams of granulated sugar
4. Two large eggs
5. A teaspoon of vanilla extract
6. 300 grams of plain flour
7. A teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
8. A teaspoon of salt
9. 250 grams of chocolate chips and another 50 grams as toppings
Eloise begins by tossing 225 grams of unsalted butter, 150 grams of light brown sugar, and 75 grams of granulated sugar in a medium-sized bowl before whisking them together until they reach a light and fluffy texture.
Then, she proceeds by adding two eggs and a few drops of vanilla extract into the same bowl, stirring the ingredients thoroughly to combine. After that, the baker adds flour, salt, and bicarbonate soda to the mixture and folds them together gently.
For the next step, she drops a hefty amount of chocolate chips and folds the mixture one last time to combine. She scoops the mix onto a lined baking tray and sprinkles some more chocolate chips on top before popping it in the oven.

Eloise explained that it’s crucial to let the cookie mix cool down for a few minutes after it has been baked, as this step allows it to set and become firm.
The recipe has been liked over 10,000 times by the baker’s followers, with many of them keen to give the recipe a shot for themselves.
“Yum, just pass me a spoon!” one user commented.
While another one tagged their friend: “Oh my life, can we bake these tomorrow?”
A third asked: “Thanks for the recipe. Are the dips made by only melting Biscoff or Nutella?” To which the Instagram star replied: “Yes, they are!”
“These look SO yummy!” praised one more.
Since Eloise started posting recipes during the first COVID-19 lockdown, she has amassed more than 1.6 million followers on the social media platform.
