KETO AVOCADO EGG SALAD RECIPE​

Make a filling and fresh low-carb lunch. This keto avocado egg salad recipe is bursting with flavor, you’ll want to make it every day.

Ingredients​

  • 1 large avocado pitted and diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (can also use lemon)
  • 1 tbsp minced chives
  • Salt and pepper taste

Optional​

  • Butter lettuce for wraps

Instructions​

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with another splash of lime juice or extra chives.
