Included in the list is Woolworths' Smash Cake at $35. This delectable delight features layers of chocolate sponge and rich buttercream and is filled with hidden treats and covered in a velvety smooth milk chocolate dome.

Next on the list is their Chocolate Chunk Cookie Pie ($14)—an oversized cookie that you can just cut, heat, and serve with some ice cream, and you’ve got yourself a delicious dessert!

Woolworths also released their take on drip cakes. You can score their delicious Happy Birthday Chocolate Drip Cake for just $29. It is the same chocolate cake Chris Hemsworth enjoyed on his birthday in August.

If you're not a big chocolate fan, Woolworths is also releasing a delectable caramel cake.

The cake features a fluffy caramel sponge cake, with buttercream layered with dulce de leche, finished off with scrumptious chocolate-coated honeycomb pieces and milk and caramel chocolates.

Last but not least, Woolworths also released their Loaded Carrot Cake Muffin priced at $7.50 for a pack of four. The dessert features cream cheese-filled muffins sprinkled with a spiced walnut crumble—perfect for a tea-time snack!

Feeling a little bit creative?

One savvy Woolworths shopper turned an average supermarket cake into a showstopper with a few basic ingredients and a whole lot of creativity!

You'll need a mud cake (chocolate or caramel at $6.40, whichever you prefer!), two batches of buttercream frosting (one white and one coloured), a black fondant, ready-to-use toppers for the horn and ears, and now it's your turn to recreate the magic at home!

We have a tradition in our family that when a baby is one they have two cakes , a beautiful cake for the birthday party and a smash cake on their actual birthday .

What is a smash cake? In case you're unfamiliar, a smash cake is basically a tiny cake meant to be relished by your baby on her first birthday. And since 1-year-olds are pretty much lawless, that means she'll likely dig in by using her fingers, or “smashing” her face into it the second it's placed in front of her.

I think that's a bit expensive for a smash cake.

Strange woolies also have a Xmas smash cake . Not sure anyone would smash a cake on Xmas day or would they

We usually make a character cake, one of my granddaughter's had an Elmo cake.
We have also done smash cakes with smartness in the middle.

Dome cakes are easier to smash but kids trash the cakes not smash. The dome cake would be far too easy to smash and would defeat the purpose

All good stuff to raise insulin levels, contribute to pre-diabetes and diabetes itself as well as inflammation in the body.

And you reckon that might be good for us?

Talking of ‘predictive text’ - isn’t it annoying when just one letter changes to something this technology wants to interpret as ‘our thoughts’ and uses it; and while so many of us don’t re-read before ‘publishing’ we find that error when it’s too late!
Like my last week's triple effort to try and write the word precious and it kept changing to previous.

The problem is if your sweet tooth goes out of control or it's an every day thing

No where near, but some people just can't cook.
I have a friend who can't even boil an egg without messing it up.
She even made a chocolate package cake one for a group of us having morning tea. We couldn't understand what was wrong with the taste of the icing.
Turned out she had put gravy mix in the icing sugar instead of cocoa!!!
