Apple cake Desert

This Apple cake can be served by itself ,or as a desert served with whipped cream or icecream

Serves: 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 40–45 minute

Ingredients:
125g butter, melted
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup sugar 1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Method:
• Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan forced. Grease a 20 cm round cake tin.
• Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
• Pour into the prepared tin.
• Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden.
• Serve warm or cold, and if you like, dust with icing sugar.
