Another myGov Scam...​

Good morning, members!

Unfortunately, another myGov scam has been brought to our attention by the lovely member Marie R. Please see the screenshot below.

The best way to pick this scam is by looking at the spelling of 'myGov', it hasn't been written correctly using a capital 'M' instead of a lowercase 'm', and also the number '0' instead of the letter 'o'.

Not to mention, myGov would NEVER text or email you the amount of tax you're owed. The fact they called out $12,488 is another giveaway!

Stay alert, members, and remember if something doesn't look right, it's likely a scam!

Oh dear, hopefully no one sees the $ signs and gets caught in this scam. Unfortunately these scammers pray on and catch out desperate people who see no further than the money. EVERYONE should be able to spot this as a scam.
