How many times do I need to tell you it's because I have loss nearly 40 kg.
I never pay full price for these clothes.

I could just put them in a clothing bin but isn't it better I offer on here and give it to someone who needs it.

I pay the postage and look at that as part of my donation which I allow myself so much to donate every month, I am still able to donate to my charities.

Can I ask why you are so spiteful feel free to talk about it
What you have done is marvellous. It takes so much effort, grit & determination, and long hard slog to lose any weight but 40 kg is truly amazing! Congratulations ❣️ It’s about the same amount that I need to shed. But hv only managed to lose 14kg and no one’s noticed.
What you are doing w yr lovely jackets etc is fabulous and extremely generous.
What a very generous and good lady you are to make these kind offers (and pay post, too!) 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🌻🎉

14kg is a lot. The main thing is that you have seen the difference including health. Keep going you will reach you goal weight .

Thank you for your kind words. I like helping people. I donate regularly and I look at the postage as a donation.

Maybe they have noticed and are jealous.

When I put weight on a couple of people who I know commented straight away about the weight gain even though they were over weight. Those same two people didn't blink an eye when they saw how much weight I loss whereas everyone else noticed and were amazed or worried that I was seriously sick.
The main thing is yourself and how you feel

Hi Suzanne, please can you share some the eating styles that you took on board when you lost so much weight. I have tried Ozempic injections out of despiration to lose weight, that was recommended by my GP. I had very bad side affects and had to stop taking the ozempic injections. Did you take any particular supplement or eat a specific food type, any offer of advice would be forever appreciated. Wishing you a pleasant evening, 🙏🦋

I took ozempic I had been on it for 7 months. My doctor put me on it for diabetes type 2 as metformin alone wasn't working. Now my diabetes has gone. Hopefully after next blood test I will also be off metformin .

Have you visited a dietician?

Best diet is cut out most carbs like bread and pasta. Increase protein as that fills you and eat loads of vegies and salad. Try to walk each day.

Even find a good gym and they can help you with a plan to suit what you can do.

I've just started light weights which my daughter made a program for me. I'm lucky she is a personal trainer who works in a gym. She has a bachelor in health science and onto her masters .

I wish you all the best with your weight loss. Just be patient and if you have a bad day then that's ok but get back on the next day.
The worst thing is when people say they will start eating better on Monday or if they have a bad day they give up.

Also weigh yourself once a week not every day

Also meal replacement shakes that taste good and work are Rapid shakes and go on sale often at Coles or online at rapid shake. They come in a variety of flavours

Also don't buy junk food. If you have it at home you will snack. Which is the worst

Also with ozempic did you start on the 0.25mls. I heard some doctors prescribed a higher disease in the beginning.

I used 0.25ml for two months then 0.5 also for a month them 1ml which I stopped on.
My daughter who has lung problems and through medication put on a lot of weight. She went on ozempic and had the same as me. She has now loss 25kg .
We both had a little side affects eg nausea but not real bad

Dear Suzanne, thankyou so much for taking the time to send me precious advice on how to lose weight. Yes, I was on 0.25 mls when taking Ozempic for a month, then started feeling very unwell. With your advice on going to the gym, I can not walk much as my thighs go rock hard, causing so much pain, when I try to stand up. I take Advil and Panadol when the pain gets unbearable. Doctors say just try and walk. I can only do arm and rotate my ankle excersises whilst sitting. I use a walker for support that helps me to get up, and then l move inch by inch forward as I can not take full length steps forward. My daughter and husband help me when I need help, and cook for me everyday. They have successfully made a lot of the beautiful recips that you placed on your posts, thankyou for your recipies. I will take your advice and cut out carbs, bread and pasta and will increase protein foods as you stated. Thankyou so much for sharing with me your valuable ways on how you successfully lost weight. God bless you with happiness always. 🙏🦋
