COCONUT JAM DROPS
:150gr butter or margarine
1tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups SR Flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup jam
Extra coconut to roll in
Cream and sugar add van & egg beat well, add coconut and flour alternately,roll teaspoons full size into balls and roll in extra coconut,press in and add jam ,bake in oven 170 until golden.

That's OK, just go into the recipe post . At the bottom left corner you will see edit. Go in and add the sugar then click on save
