Unley SA

Unley is the suburb where one of my clients thought all the people from the magazines lived there. An inner suburb of Adelaide with a plethora of Gentlemens’ Bungalows that are well maintained and the history preserved. Unlet Rd is home to a number of shopping areas / boutique style shops. Many of the businesses fail to be wheelchair accessible. Unley does boast a hotel, however not one id rush back to.

For an absolute sensory treat drive down Victoria Avenue on a warm Autumn day. Wide tree lined road boarded by Jacarandas - it is beautiful.

Balhannah SA 5242

Balhannah is a small town in the Adelaide Hills and is very community oriented. It has a good pub, that’s not particularly wheelchair friendly, and a bakery. The Balhannah Bakery is a place to write home about. Every couple of months or so I need to go to Balhannah and I’m forced to go into the bakery yum 😋 yum 😋
