Chocolate fans all over the country are raving over a new sweet treat from Aldi, which many people are calling the "greatest dupe yet".
The limited-edition chocolate, which appears to be ‘inspired’ by Cadbury's best-selling Caramilk chocolate block, is now available in Aldi stores, and some Aussie chocoholics can hardly contain their excitement.
Customers expressed their collective excitement over Aldi's Dairy Fine Caramel Chocolate block, which can be purchased in stores across the country for only $1.99 – a significant discount in comparison to the full price of the original product, which is $5.
Fans of the Caramilk flavour are going crazy over the new product that Aldi has introduced – are you interested in giving it a try as well?

On social media, delighted customers are expressing their excitement over the new limited-time product, with many of them claiming that the dupe "tastes just like real Cadbury."
Others, on the other hand, found that the flavour came quite near, but was not quite as nice as the original. "Very close in taste. Slightly different texture (didn't dissolve in the roof of my mouth as creamy), but pretty damn close for $1.99," wrote one woman.
But not everyone was persuaded. "I would prefer one block of real Caramilk to any dupe, no matter the price," one person commented.
Some customers were already expressing their disappointment that they were unable to purchase the new block at their neighbourhood Aldi stores when it first became available because the product has already seen such widespread success.
According to one shopper's account, "Aldi is always out of everything; you have to be in store the second it hits the shelf if it is any good."
The new DairyFine Caramel Chocolate Block from Aldi is part of the supermarket's Rainforest Alliance collection and features a small green frog logo somewhere on the packaging.
The products are made from cocoa that was sourced in a sustainable manner, and a portion of the profits will be used to educate people in the industry about sustainable practices.
Do you like Caramilk too, members? Guess we'll see you at Aldi then!
