Greetings, members! What are you up to today?

I was just watching a clip of Adele’s performance in Munich. In the video, she changed the lyrics of ‘When We Were Young’. From ‘I’m so mad I’m getting old’ to: ‘I’m so glad I’m getting old.’

It really struck me because it was such a simple but beautiful sentiment—a refreshing change from usual worries and fears about ageing. It made me wonder: What’s a favourite song or quote that inspires you to age gracefully? Tell us here!
