Kristofferson's impact on the music industry was profound.

His hits ‘Me and Bobby McGee', 'For The Good Times', and 'Help Me Make It Through the Night' made him a distinct voice in the 1970s country music scene.

I loved Kris, he was so talented. I loved him in Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid. I saw this movie so many times. Recently watched it with my grown children and realized it was a great movie for that era. Didn’t appeal to my kids at all. Their loss I guess, I will love him forever!

He was one of my biggest crushes 😍.
With thise amazing looks and sexy as hell voice
He never heard Janis Joplins version of Bobby McGee until after she died and he had said in an interview that it brought tears to his eyes.

He will now be singing with one of his closest friends Johnny Cash.

RIP and thank you for the music 🎶 🎵 which will live on.

Thoughts and prayers 🙏 are with his family and friends

Loved listening to him play guitar and sing, he wrote so many amazing songs. He sure was a spunk, good looks, good voice, lovely smile and mannerisms. I could go on and on. I only ever saw him in a couple of films, he was a good actor as well. All the good old time favorites hubby and I grew up with, watched in films and tv series, and listened to in our younger years seem to be passing away, makes us realise how we are all getting older.
