The Prince of Wales was pictured sitting on a bench and smiling at the camera against the backdrop of verdant gardens at his home in Gloucestershire.
The future King was wearing a blue pinstripe suit, a light blue tie and dotted pocket square, which he accessorised with a purple boutonnière.
Prince Charles spent his birthday attending the annual Remembrance Day Service at the Cenotaph where he laid the wreath on the top step of the monument on behalf of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, who has 'decided with great regret’ that she would be absent from the service due to a back sprain.
It must be noted that the future king had begun placing the wreath on his mother's behalf since 2017, a change that has been marked as a subtle shift of head-of-state duties.

Prior to the Remembrance Day Service on Sunday, Prince Charles and his wife Camilla led the Royal Family at the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall in London, another event which the Queen failed to attend due to health reasons.
On Thursday, the future King reportedly reassured a bystander about Her Majesty’s health as he met people in Brixton, following his engagement at the Prince’s Trust in south London.
A bystander asked: 'Prince Charles, how is your mother?'
Charles gave him an encouraging pat on the arm, and appeared to say: 'She's alright, thank you.'

The royal also welcomed organisations recognised at the Queen's Awards for Enterprise to a reception at Windsor Castle on Wednesday, where he was gifted with an early birthday cake.
Jo Taylor, the owner of Reach and Rescue, a company making telescopic rescue poles for emergency personnel and one of the companies recognised under the innovation category, gave him the cake. 'The prince laughed and said, 'You've been doing your research on me', and he slipped the card into his left pocket,' said Ms Taylor.
